Michael Chandler is a transformation leader with over 25 years of experience guiding organizations through reinvention and growth. He has worked across industries including healthcare, finance, biotech, retail, and agriculture, partnering with global brands such as Harley-Davidson, Red Bull, The Home Depot, Citigroup, MD Anderson, Monsanto, CHS, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
His work spans strategy, business model innovation, operating model redesigns, and now AI-enabled transformation. Highlights include helping design SpiraCare, a groundbreaking payer-provider model in Kansas City, and leading a global transformation for a $50B agribusiness.
